Designed for Professionals

Collected pieces for exceptional interiors.

Much of our collection consists of antique and vintage pieces that are available only once. Our Trade Program is designed to make sourcing those pieces easier while providing professionals with the support needed to coordinate client approvals, purchasing, and delivery.

Trade Discount

Approved Trade Members receive 15% off eligible regularly priced merchandise. Trade pricing cannot be combined with sale pricing, promotional offers, or other discounts.

Trade Holds

Approved Trade Members may request a complimentary 48-hour hold on eligible merchandise while awaiting client approval.

Paid Purchases

Purchases paid in full may remain with That Old Thing for up to 30 days at no additional charge while pickup, delivery, freight, or installation is arranged.

Shipping & Delivery

We can assist with local delivery, nationwide furniture freight, carrier quotes, scheduling, door drop-off, and in-home delivery. Shipping and delivery charges remain the responsibility of the purchaser.

Who Can Apply?

Our Trade Program is available to qualified professionals including interior designers, architects, home stagers, hospitality professionals, set and production designers, decorators, and property developers.

Applicants should be prepared to provide:

  • A professional website, portfolio, or professional business social media account
  • A business license, business registration, or other qualifying professional credential
  • A professional design credential, if applicable
  • A valid seller's permit if requesting tax-exempt purchasing
Trade membership is complimentary and subject to approval by That Old Thing. Trade benefits are non-transferable. The 15% Trade discount applies to eligible regularly priced merchandise and cannot be combined with other discounts, sales, or promotions.

Because antique and vintage inventory is primarily one-of-a-kind, availability is not guaranteed until payment has been received. Complimentary Trade holds expire after 48 hours unless the item has been purchased.

Purchases paid in full may be held for up to 30 days at no additional charge. Shipping, delivery, insurance, storage beyond the complimentary period, and other carrier-related costs remain the responsibility of the purchaser.

Tax-exempt purchasing is subject to applicable requirements and verification of a valid seller's permit and any other required documentation. That Old Thing reserves the right to modify Trade Program eligibility, benefits, exclusions, and terms.
