Antique J.A. Bauer Pottery Co. 6-Gallon Stoneware Crock – Circa 1910–1930

Regular price $245.00

A substantial antique six-gallon stoneware crock bearing the cobalt-blue J.A. Bauer Pottery Co. Los Angeles maker's mark, framed by a decorative botanical wreath beneath a bold numeral 6.

Its traditional cylindrical form features a thick rolled rim, warm ivory glaze, and naturally aged surface with fine crazing and timeworn character. Produced by the historic Los Angeles pottery company, this utilitarian vessel reflects the heritage of early California stoneware.

A beautiful statement piece for a country kitchen, pantry, or collected interior, whether displayed on its own or used to hold dried branches and other decorative arrangements.

Condition: Antique condition with extensive glaze crazing, discoloration, surface staining, and age-related wear. Visible amber-colored drip marks extend from the rim down the exterior. Interior shows staining from previous use. No major breaks are apparent in the photographs; structural condition has not been independently verified.
