Antique Union Stoneware Co. Red Wing 3-Gallon Churn – Circa 1895–1909

Regular price $295.00

An antique three-gallon stoneware churn bearing the oval Union Stoneware Co. mark from Red Wing, Minnesota. Finished in a warm ivory salt glaze, this substantial piece features a cobalt-blue numeral 3, the manufacturer's oval stamp, and a delicate cobalt-blue leaf decoration.

Its tall cylindrical form, rolled rim, and small applied side handles reflect the practical craftsmanship of early American stoneware. The understated botanical decoration and naturally aged finish make it a beautiful addition to a country kitchen, farmhouse pantry, or collection of historic American pottery.

Condition: Antique condition with surface staining, scattered dark specks, glaze imperfections, and wear consistent with age and use. Minor rim wear is visible. No obvious major structural cracks are apparent in the photographs, although the piece has not been examined in person. No lid or churn dasher is included.
